PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices in the webshop are shown in NOK with 25% VAT included. Prices are subject to change without further notice if VAT rate, taxes and/or other duties change.
VAT is automatically deducted on International orders, including deliveries to Svalbard and Jan Mayen at checkout.
VAT is included on orders to Norway and EU.

On international orders: You may be charged import duties by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

We currently accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) When the order is placed your payment will be reserved for Bjørn Dæhlie but will not be captured until your order has been shipped.
Returned items will be credited back to your credit card.

SECURE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

To ensure your credit card security no credit card information is saved at Bjørn Dæhlie. We use Payex as our payment system and all transmission are encrypted. For your convenience, our payment solution supports 3D Secure ("Verified by Visa"and "MasterCard SecureCode"), a global technical standard developed by Visa and Mastercard to secure transactions over the internet. 3D Secure prevents fraud and unauthorized use of your credit card by validating and verifying you as the owner. After entering credit card number, name, exp.date and CVC code, you will be redirected to your issuing bank's website to enter your password that your bank must verify. Contact your issuing bank if you encounter a problem with entering your password.

RETURN & CLAIMS

You have the right to return items within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached and sent in its original packing with the return form enclosed.

If you would like to change size or color, please return the product to us and we will credit the amount back to your card, and you can place a new order when you wish.

Products that are purchased during the campaign period can be returned, but not exchanged. 

Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland: Free return shipping costs with use of attached returnsticker. C.O.D return will not be accepted. 

All returns are the customer's responsibility, until received by Bjørn Dæhlie. Make sure to send the return items securely, with tracking. 
After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your credit card.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Enclose the return note with your parcel and return via the Post Office.

If you have received damaged or faulty items, contact webshop@dahlie.com and we will send you a new item or cancel the purchase in accordance to your consumer rights. Shipping cost on claims will be reimbursed. Remember to enclose the return form.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NORWEGIAN CUSTOMERS

Delivery within mainland Norway:
Free shipping on all orders above 800 NOK. A shipping fee of 99 NOK will be charged on all other purchases. 
 

DELIVERY TO SWEDEN AND FINLAND

Free shipping on all orders above 90 EUR / 800 SEK . A shipping fee of the following will apply on all other purchases:

Delivery to Svalbard & Jan Mayen: A shipping fee of 120 NOK will be charged.


International orders:
You may be charged import duties by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Delivery time 
We strive to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible. Standard delivery time within Norway is 3-5 business days.
Standard delivery time on international orders is approximately 8-10 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.
