DÆHLIE cooperates with some of the best athletes in the world to make tomorrow’s best ski wear.

A new generation of athletes is ready to continue the legacy of Bjørn Dæhlie and the Norwegian ski heritage. DÆHLIE is proud to be the official partner of the Norwegian Cross-Country Ski Team. A team filled with Bjørn Dæhlie’s successors, some of the very best female and male athletes of our time. “If you want to develop tomorrow’s ski clothing, you have to listen to tomorrow’s winners. It is only natural for the leading supplier to cooperate with the leading national team” says Commercial Manager Øystein Bråta of Active Brands.

In return, DÆHLIE will assist the national team in confirming their position as the best cross-country ski team in the world.

“The agreement with DÆHLIE will contribute to this and at the same time develop us further,” says head of cross-country for the Norwegian Ski Federation, Vidar Løfthus.

All the national athletes, coaches and their support crew have been outfitted with DÆHLIE gear for fulfilling all their needs for racing, training and leisure. They are also part of DÆHLIE’s ongoing test lab. They are some of the world’s best performers in a sport with the most challenging needs for clothing and equipment.

DÆHLIE has to work hard to fulfill the demands of extreme test pilots such as Martin Johnsrud Sundby, Therese Johaug and Petter Northug. Holders of Olympic and World Cup titles have given their stamp of approval to the finished products.

I am honored that these fine athletes want to cooperate with us to develop the best products for the best performance.”

“I am honored that these fine athletes want to cooperate with us to develop the best products for the best performance. I am sure they will take DÆHLIE to further outstanding victories,” says brand founder Bjørn Dæhlie.

DÆHLIE roots for the next generation of cross-country skiers and supplies sports wear to the elite, junior and recruit teams. The agreement will also benefit the broader cross-country skiing community by establishing ties to local teams. “The work done by local clubs and enthusiasts is very important to continuously having a successful elite of top-level athletes,” says Bråta.
